Orders placed before 5pm Pacific are dispatched the same business day. All domestic orders involving the purchase of a Nautilus Surface Wall Clock are shipped for free and all international orders are shipped for a $12 flat shipping fee.
All shipments have an associated tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. For international shipments, further tracking updates may be unavailable once the package leaves the U.S. departure gateway, usually at San Francisco or New York.
Orders to U.S. addresses are sent via USPS Priority Mail and orders sent to international addresses are sent via USPS International First Class mail. Customers in most U.S. zip codes can expect to receive their package two business days after shipment, with some rural areas requiring an extra day in transit. International customers can expect to receive their package 2-3 weeks after shipment.
If you require expedited shipping, contact us with your delivery address so we can provide a quote.
The company reserves the right to substitute alternative methods of shipment as necessary.
Due to the unpredictable nature of customs and taxes for international shipments, the company is not responsible for any import duties or taxes. If an import duty or tax is applied to your order, your shipping provider will contact you directly to collect this fee.
Returns
All products purchased from our online store may be returned within a 90-day period. To place a return, contact us at the email found on the support page. We reserve the right to refuse returns if we determine it is a result of fraud or abuse of our online store.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Products manufactured by us but sold through a third party retailer are not covered by this return policy. Check with the retailer directly for their return policy.
